Marc also called me to walk me through all of the necessary paperwork, the whole process took about 2 weeks from beginning to end, Marc and the Attorney even drove from out of state to my home for the closing. In conclusion, I would like to mention that I'm a 16 year Law enforcement professional and I am very skeptical of "to good to be true" but I never heard an inconsistency in anything Marc or CMS told me. Customer service like this is very rare in this world of cookie cutter non personalized way most companies do business. I highly recommend CMS for your mortgage needs."
